Stucco, block and siding repaints that stand up to Flagler County's salt air, sun and summer storms.
Palm Coast homes face a specific combination: intense UV, high humidity, daily summer storms and, anywhere east of I-95, salt air drifting in from the Atlantic. On top of that, the majority of homes here are concrete block with a stucco finish, a surface that chalks, hairline-cracks and absorbs moisture if it isn't prepped and primed correctly.
We've repainted these homes across every section of the city. Our process is designed for exactly this climate: pressure washing with mildewcide, crack repair, alkali-resistant masonry primer where needed, and two back-rolled coats of 100% acrylic exterior paint from Sherwin-Williams or Benjamin Moore.
The entire house, including soffits and fascia.
Hairline stucco cracks and minor wood trim damage.
At windows, doors, trim and control joints.
Of chalky, bare or patched areas.
Back-rolled on stucco and block for full coverage.
Trim, fascia, soffits, shutters, front door and garage door.
Aluminum frames painted on request.
Landscaping, pavers and driveway protected, then the site cleaned.
If you live in Grand Haven, Hammock Dunes, Palm Coast Plantation, Island Estates, Cinnamon Beach or another association-managed community, your exterior color change likely needs architectural review approval.
We help you choose from the approved palette, provide the exact product and color codes for your application, and paint sample patches on the house if the committee requests them. We build the approval timeline into your schedule so there are no delays once you're ready to start.
Homes in the Hammock, Flagler Beach, Beverly Beach and along the saltwater canals weather faster than inland homes. Salt accelerates chalking and corrodes metal railings, light fixtures and screen-enclosure frames. On these homes we recommend a mildew-resistant acrylic, rust-inhibitive primer on any metal we paint, and a lighter body color that reflects heat and fades less. We also check the waterside elevation carefully, because it is usually the first to fail.
We inspect every elevation, note cracks, moisture and rot, and quote in writing within 24 hours.
We supply the codes and samples your committee asks for.
Pressure wash, dry, repairs, caulk, prime.
Body first, then trim and accents. Two coats.
Touch-ups and full cleanup before we finish.
Most Palm Coast single-family exteriors take 3 to 6 days. Florida's afternoon rain can affect drying time, so we schedule carefully and keep you updated.
