Licensed and insured interior, exterior and commercial painters serving Jacksonville, Orange Park, Fleming Island, Ponte Vedra, St. Augustine and Duval, Clay and St. Johns Counties.
Jacksonville is one of the largest cities by area in the country, and its housing is just as varied. In Riverside, Avondale, San Marco, Ortega and Springfield you'll find wood-frame bungalows and Colonial Revivals from the 1900s to the 1940s, with original siding, deep porches and layers of old paint. In Mandarin, Arlington and the Southside, ranches and two-stories from the 1970s to the 90s mix brick, wood siding and stucco. Out toward Nocatee, Ponte Vedra, Fleming Island and the Beaches, newer homes are mostly stucco or fiber-cement siding with HOA color palettes.
Each of those needs a different approach, with different prep, different primers and different products, and we've worked across all of them. Silvio Ramos Painting is family-owned and based in Northeast Florida, and we bring the same crew, the same premium paints and the same cleanup standard to every Jacksonville project.

We cover Duval County and reach into Clay and St. Johns, from the historic core to the newest subdivisions and the Beaches.
Historic Jacksonville homes need painters who respect the original materials. Old-growth wood siding and trim should be scraped and sanded carefully, never blasted, and any pre-1978 home is handled with lead-safe practices.
We prime bare wood with an oil-based or bonding primer, replace failed caulk, repair small areas of rot and use a high-quality acrylic topcoat that flexes with the wood through Jacksonville's humid summers and cool winters. Inside, plaster walls and 10-foot ceilings get patched with the right compounds and cut in by hand.
In Nocatee, Ponte Vedra, Fleming Island, Eagle Harbor, Oakleaf and many Southside and Mandarin subdivisions, exterior colors must be approved by the HOA's architectural committee.
Colors your community already allows, so nothing gets rejected later.
